Gamji Foundation for Educational Excellence is a pan-Arewa nonprofit organization committed to identifying, rewarding, and nurturing exceptional academic talent across all 19 states of Northern Nigeria. The Foundation was established to revive a strong culture of scholarship, discipline, and merit, and to position education once again as the cornerstone of development in the region.

Inspired by the enduring legacy of Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto (Gamji), a visionary leader who placed education at the heart of societal progress, the Foundation draws from his philosophy that sustainable development begins with enlightened minds. His lifelong investment in learning, institution-building, and human capital continues to guide our mission.
