How information is used
Account and learning records
Gamji uses registration details, subject choices, practice activity and submitted results to provide learning services and administer eligibility. Operational access depends on the account role and assigned scope.
Public recognition
Winner publication is a separate decision from award confirmation. Public winner profiles require confirmed publicity consent. Contact the Foundation if published information needs correction or withdrawal.
Donations and service providers
Payments are processed through Paystack. The application uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. Public financial reporting is separate from private donor contact and payment-reference records.
Your enquiries
Email admin@gamji.org about access, correction, removal or questions about your information. Some records may need to remain for payment reconciliation or award administration; the Foundation will explain what applies to your request.
